We'll email you a Return Materials Authorization number and step-by-step return instructions.

Ship it back

Write your RMA number on the outside of the package. Use a trackable shipping method — we can't accept responsibility for lost returns.

Get your refund

Once received and inspected, refunds process within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, and in original packaging. Items showing signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.

Orders placed before 2pm PST on business days typically ship same day. Orders placed Friday after 2pm, Saturday, or Sunday ship the following Monday.
Yes — if the product is in like-new condition within 30 days. If the product has a defect, it's covered by the 1–2 year limited warranty (depending on product) regardless of whether it's been opened.
Free shipping applies to US orders only. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
